Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Assistant Controller to support the Plant Controlling function at our Caivano facility, providing operational financial support and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
- Support month-end and quarterly closing activities
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor work orders, overheads, and cost performance
- Support internal and external audits (including SOX compliance)
- Ensure accounting compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP
- Collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and program management teams
- Provide financial analysis and performance reporting to management
