Assistant Plant Manager

Lear For You seeks an Assistant Plant Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations, engineering, materials, and quality functions in an automotive plant, fostering a participative work environment and establishing community and customer relations.

Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience in a management function within the automotive industry
• Previous experience overseeing an operation producing automotive seats, interiors, or instrument panels
• Experience in complex supply chains and high complexity manufacturing environments
• Experience with High Performance Work Teams
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and Planning and Organization skills.
• Time Management and Prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and High attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with OEM customers for various topics including quality and operations
• Understanding of manufacturing assembly, sequencing, and equipment principles.
