Job Description
Lear Corporation is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to manage and supervise the daily operations of an automotive plant. The role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining community and customer relations, and working with a team to achieve industry standards for quality, value, service, and technology.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a management function within the automotive industry
- Previous experience overseeing an operation producing automotive seats, interiors, or instrument panels
- Experience in complex supply chains and high complexity manufacturing environments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and Planning and Organization skills
- Time Management and Prioritization skills. & Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment and High attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with OEM customers for various topics including quality and operations
