The Process Technician I supports daily production operations by safely operating manufacturing equipment, assembling automotive components, and ensuring products meet Lear's quality standards. The role involves building foundational technical skills while contributing to efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement efforts across the plant.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs.
