Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Program Management or sales-related positions
- Recognized expert-level knowledge within the discipline, with specialized depth or breadth in the function
- Ability to work independently or manage others while delivering impact at the department/function level
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and propose comprehensive solutions
- Capable of guiding colleagues in resolving complex issues using existing solutions, best practices, and procedures
- Broad understanding of related disciplines enabling cross-boundary collaboration and decision-making with broader organizational impact
