Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Director to lead the safe and effective operation of the school, promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. The role requires previous leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation includes a starting hourly rate of $22.89, bi-weekly and daily pay options, health insurance, paid time-off, and 401K with company match, child care discount, and education assistance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associates Degree with plan of study to complete credential or Bachelors degree.
