Assistant Director

We’re hiring an Assistant Director to inspire children to become lifelong learners and assist in the promotion of their social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
• Minimum of 15 semester units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development from an accredited college, which must include 3 units in administration or staff relations. A Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field is preferred.
