Assistant Director

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. Key responsibilities include ensuring the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, fostering an educational, caring, safe environment for children and parents, and promoting the positive image of the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
