Center Director

A Center Director is responsible for leading a child care center, promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, and working with staff to create a warm and inspiring environment. The Director manages staff, implements company-provided curriculum, and ensures the center operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
