Job Description
This is more than just a daycare job. It’s a journey, where you learn, grow, thrive—and play—every day. As a Team Lead, you will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, lead classroom management, and implement curriculum. You will also communicate with families, mentor new hires, and take on leadership duties in the absence of the Director or Assistant Director.
Requirements
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Leading a classroom
- Implementing lesson plans
- College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
