Job Description
A Team Lead position at a child care center, where you will promote the growth and development of children, communicate with families, and mentor new hires. The ideal candidate has experience in a licensed childcare facility, a degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, and is able to work indoors or outdoors with children.
Requirements
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans
- College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
