Process & Automation Intern (100%, m/f/d)

Assist the COO in making the fully digital leasing platform efficient, customer-friendly, and scalable by analyzing existing customer care processes, implementing process improvements, and participating in the development of tools for ticketing, workflow management, and automation.

Requirements

• Analysis of existing customer care processes and identification of pain points and automation potential
• Concept and implementation of process improvements
• Participation in the introduction and further development of tools for ticketing, workflow management, automation, and reporting
• Building of dashboards and evaluations for KPIs
• Testing of new features and processes
• Creation of clear process documentation and guidelines
• Active participation in the further development of the AI chatbot
• Support in building and continuously improving knowledge databases and help center articles
