You are an experienced Health & Safety Advisor who consistently conveys professional judgment and can build effective relationships across all levels.

Requirements

• Conduct inspections of the work area and meet with field supervisors to discuss any potential problems
• Advise operations regarding Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System
• Monitor compliance with jurisdictional regulatory requirements
• Conduct the HS&E Orientation to employees and subcontractors during project onboarding
• Develop and enhance Job Hazard Analysis and Safe Work Practice documents based on existing materials
• Audit the quality of the field level hazard assessments and incident investigation reports for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with the implementation of occupational hygiene practices and have awareness of medical screening programs
