Project Administrator position at Ledcor Group of Companies. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping the project running smoothly by coordinating administrative and operational activities across multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma in Office/Business Administration or a related program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of increasingly responsible office administration experience, preferably in a construction environment supporting management roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools. Familiarity with project scheduling and database management is an asset
- Superior ability to multi-task, manage interruptions, and handle deadlines efficiently
- Analytical expertise in auditing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and organization of all documents, reports, presentations, and data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and listening skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
