Leeward Renewable Energy is seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources team, supporting the recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the renewable energy or related industry
- Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
