UWorld is seeking a motivated and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit and hire needs across multiple disciplines. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will promote the culture of the organization and ensure compliance with corporate hiring policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring campaigns and changing priorities
