BHCC CLINICAL - Case Manager

Legacy Behavioral Health Services is seeking a case manager to join their team in Lowndes County. The case manager will work with clients to regain control over their lives and promote recovery, utilizing psychiatric rehabilitation interventions, skills training, education, and case management.

Requirements

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health, nursing, education, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, rehabilitation counseling, guidance counseling or an equivalent field
• One year of full-time experience in social services delivery
• Knowledge of mental illness
• Valid GA driver’s license with less than 5 points
