COOK CASE MANAGEMENT - Case Manager

Legacy Behavioral Health Services is hiring a Case Manager to work in Adel, Georgia. The Case Manager performs tasks in the community to assist consumers in regaining control over their own lives while promoting the recovery process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health, nursing, education, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, rehabilitation counseling, guidance counseling or an equivalent field
• One year of full-time experience in social services delivery
• Knowledge of mental illness
• Valid Georgia driver’s license
