BHCC CLINICAL - Case Manager

Legacy Behavioral Health Services is seeking a case manager to join our team in Lowndes County. The case manager will assist clients in regaining control over their own lives while promoting the recovery process. Extensive documentation is required; accurately charting services and client progress.

Requirements

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health, nursing, education, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, rehabilitation counseling, guidance counseling or an equivalent field
• One year of full-time experience in social services delivery
• Knowledge of mental illness
• Valid GA driver’s license with less than 5 points
