Job Description
Legacy Home Maintenance, a SAGA division, is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Landscaping for the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The role involves general landscaping, debris removal, and maintenance for various properties, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion of work orders. A sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days successful work performance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven service or maintenance and landscaping experience
- Current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Well-organized with excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field are a plus
