Loan Officer Assistant/Production Associate III responsible for assisting loan originators with administrative and sales duties, managing leads, and coordinating closing details.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of mortgage, processing, underwriting, originating experience
- NMLS registration and licensing
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
- Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and major Origination systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and minimal supervision
