Loan Officer

Legacy Mutual Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated Loan Officer to join their talented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for soliciting mortgage loans, assisting borrowers with loan applications, and developing sales campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a mortgage loan officer or comparable experience originating loans.
• Eligible for NMLS registration and licensing.
• Analytical ability to evaluate credit applications and make fair and impartial decisions.
• Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
• Experience and strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and data processing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to perform in a high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude, dependability, self-motivation, and minimal supervision requirements.
