Legacy Mutual Mortgage is an outstanding full service residential mortgage lender originating, underwriting and closing conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans. We are looking for highly motivated, qualified individuals to join our talented team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of mortgage processing, underwriting, originating, or a combination of all aspects preferred.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week during normal business hours.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
• Must be proficient in Desktop Underwriter/Desktop Originator, Loan Prospector, and Originations systems.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a positive attitude and maintain professionalism.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision.
• Must be proficient with major correspondent and wholesale channels and their guidelines, including their websites and pricing engines.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
