Requirements
- Excellent project management and strong attention to detail
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ten years of in-depth knowledge and experience in conventional mortgage loan underwriting
- Minimum of three years managing an underwriting team
