Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for the day-to-day and overall maintenance of the apartment community under the direction of the Service Tech Supervisor, with increasing responsibility and directing staff in the supervisor's absence.

Requirements

• High school degree
• Minimum 1-3 years of maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
