Job Description
Responsible as an assistant to and under the supervision of the Business Manager for all phases of the operation of an apartment community, including general administration and maintenance, and directing and controlling all personnel and resources. This is a floater position, which requires commuting to and assisting at different properties under the regional manager's portfolio, as needed.
