Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to be responsible for the overall and day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community. The role involves fixinbg appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues, as well as performing routine maintenance on equipment and cleaning common areas and apartments.
