Job Description
Deliver outstanding guest service to create a pleasurable vacation experience while ensuring safety of all guests.
Requirements
- Excellent service expectation towards both internal and external guests
- Proactively assist all guests with bags/luggage as needed
- Provide resort transportation, to guests to the designated drop off/pick up locations within a varying schedule, in a safe and courteous manner
- Adhere to all laws, statutes, rules and regulations according to local, state, federal, and LVC guidelines
- Proactively assist all guests with information and directions, must be well informed about the city and surrounding areas and up to date on local current events
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all vehicles and for safety/quality and maintenance of vehicles
- Clearing Resorts entry way from snow when on property
- Complete a daily inspection report and trip log on every vehicle according to LVC guidelines
- Responsible for securing vehicles when not in use
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
