Shuttle Operator

As our Shuttle Operator, you will be responsible for customer relations and transporting guests between nearby Resorts & Campgrounds and local attractions, theme parks, wineries, and events.

Requirements

• Greet guests and customers while assisting them in and out of the shuttle as needed
• Monitor and address ongoing maintenance needs of the shuttle
• Communicate maintenance needs to the Resort Manager
• Follow safety laws and procedures while performing duties
• Provide information and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle
• Book shuttles in the reservation system for transportation to events and verify passenger information
• Maintain a log of travel destinations, number of guests, vehicle mileage, and expenses
