Max's Lakeside is seeking a Pizza Cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work long hours on feet. Requirements

• Prepare breads or doughs
• Prep all ingredients for our scratch kitchen
• Properly store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas
• Able to manage multiple simultaneous processes
• Maintain food, beverage, or equipment inventories
• Prepare both cold and hot foods for service
• Coordinate timing of food production activities
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
