Full Time Pizza Chef

We are looking for a Full-Time Pizza Chef to join our Culinary Team at Sand Point Country Club. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Line Cook and/or Pizza experience, and will be able to work a variety of shifts. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay of $28 per hour, and a range of benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k matching program.

Requirements

• Prepares and cooks pizzas by managing dough, sauces, quality ingredients, operating and maintenance of ovens.
• Responsible for weekly specials
• Experience in brick ovens preferred, able to manage tasks and prep in an efficient manner
• Menu and quality control: follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality control
