Staff Lawyer, Family Duty Counsel - Kelowna P006-26: Provides family/child protection law services, conducts legal research, and develops solutions to family legal problems. Reports to the Manager, Family Law Advice Services.
Requirements
- Degree from a Law School of recognized standing and membership or eligibility for membership in the Law Society of British Columbia.
- 4-8 years of call to the bar in British Columbia, with significant practice experience in family and child protection law.
- Experience supervising support staff.
