The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, insurance filing, and patient care coordination, and be fluent in English and Spanish. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of case management experience in personal injury law, healthcare, or medical consulting
• Medical or healthcare background (MD, DO, RN, etc.) or experience in healthcare administration, pain management, or physical therapy
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Comfortable using technology and case management software like Filevine, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze medical records, insurance documents, and legal forms for consistency, accuracy, and compliance
