As the first point of contact for our insurance company's clients, you will handle inbound calls, provide customer service, and coordinate issues with the responsible lawyers. You will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining data in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Completed commercial education or first experiences in customer service or the gastro/hotel industry
- Availability: 30-40 hours/week (Mon.-Fri.)
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
- Careful and reliable work habits
- Professional handling of customers
- Fast adaptation to new topics
