Partner Gesellschaftsrecht/M&A Frankfurt (m/w/d)

We are seeking a partner with expertise in corporate law and M&A to further develop the Frankfurt location and strategically expand the areas of M&A transactions and classic corporate law.

Requirements

• Development of strategies and concepts for the further development of the Corporate/M&A area
• Advisory services regarding M&A transactions, restructurings, general corporate and capital markets law
• Acquisition and management of corporate mandates on a national, European and international level
• Development of contacts with network law firms, companies or corporate consultants
• Preparation and implementation of client development measures
• Participation in the corporate practice group for the development of short-term, medium-term and long-term plans
• Well-established client relationships and possession of developed acquisition skills
• Entrepreneurial predisposition and experience in leading younger colleagues
• Interest in a collegiate, team-oriented, and law-firm-crossing cooperation
• Professional expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and great mental flexibility
• Economically pragmatic attitude, sociability, and excellent communication skills
