Requirements

• Development of the Corporate/M&A area in Munich
• Counseling on M&A transactions, restructurings, general corporate and capital markets law
• Acquisition and care of corporate clients
• Building and maintaining contacts with network law firms, companies, or management consultants
• Preparation and implementation of client development measures
• Participation in the corporate practice group
• Development of strategies and concepts to further develop the Corporate/M&A area
