Commercial Associate 2-4 PQE

We are looking for a motivated 2-4 PQE lawyer to join our high performing Commercial Contracts practice as an Associate.

Requirements

• An English qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience in assisting UK business clients in a variety of commercial matters.
• Ability to provide practical, commercially-focused advice that balances legal risk with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building and service delivery skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and aligned with a modern, growth-driven legal services model.
