Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on corporate law experience as a qualified lawyer in a reputable law firm or organisation, with a specific focus on capital raising and M&A
• Experience managing transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing workflows and deadlines efficiently
• Confident in direct client engagement, including providing practical, commercial advice, building trusted client relationships, and explaining complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically
• Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and aligned with a modern, growth-driven legal services model
• Experience supervising juniors and working collaboratively within a high-performing team
