Corporate Transactions Senior Associate 3-5 PQE (Remote)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on corporate law experience as a qualified lawyer
• Experience in managing transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to manage competing workflows and deadlines efficiently
