Job Description
M&A Senior Lawyer to join a growing Corporate Transactions practice at LegalVision, advising on private M&A transactions and supervising a small team of lawyers and graduates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ PQE in corporate transactions, particularly private M&A
- Confidence in running deals and managing negotiations
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders
- Solutions-oriented mindset, strong business acumen, and ability to provide pragmatic legal advice
- Collaborative team builder and player, with ability to lead by example and thrive in a dynamic environment
