The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and training to system users, installs and troubleshoots workstation operating systems, and maintains effective communication between the Helpdesk Service Manager and employees.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent required
- 3 – 5 yrs. relevant hardware and software support experience
- Basic working knowledge of personal computers and printers required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as word, and excel
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment required
