We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Officer to create meaningful employee experiences through smart, fair, and future-proof compensation systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Economics, or equivalent by experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Protime, eBlox, and Workday is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Belgian C&B practices and statutory frameworks.
