Job Description
Customer Service Ticket Agent processes reservations, handles luggage, and performs gate and boarding functions. Provides excellent customer service and adheres to airline, TSA, and FAA regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Customer Service experience
- PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and other applicable computer programs
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Ability to respond to severe weather conditions
- Ability to work split shifts, nights, weekends and holidays when required
