Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing construction projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, clients and team members, including senior managers, councillors and contractors.
• Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions quickly
• Proficiency in managing budgets, resources and timelines to ensure project delivery is on schedule and within budget.
• A strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
