Requirements

• 2 years' experience in managing construction projects of similar scale and complexity
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, clients and team members
• Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly
• Proficiency in managing budgets, resources and timelines to ensure project delivery is on schedule and within budget
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
