Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst Lead to lead end-to-end requirements management for the project, ensuring business, operational, and technical needs are captured and analyzed. The role requires strong partnership with Engineering Lead, Testing Manager, and other teams to ensure requirements are implementable and aligned to solution intent. The successful candidate will have experience leading requirements in complex technology environments and producing clear, testable requirements and user stories.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelorās degree (or equivalent experience) and Agile certification
- Extensive experience leading requirements in complex technology environments
- Strong track record producing clear, testable requirements and user stories
- Proven impact analysis across systems, data, processes, operations, and security
- Experience in defence or regulated environments
- Australian Citizen with a minimum NV-1 level security clearance
