Job Description
Lead Business Analyst at Toyota Finance Australia, responsible for shaping business analysis practices, driving quality of BA outcomes, and influencing roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Business, Information Systems, IT, Data, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of business analysis experience with proven hands-on delivery in Agile or SAFe environments
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity, including mentoring, coaching, and line-managing BAs and Senior BAs
- Strong background working with Product Management, Domain Owners, Architecture, and Portfolio teams
- Technical proficiency in Jira, Confluence, BPMN/UML modelling, and Excel/SQL
