Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) Support Technician III

The Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) Support Technician III position requires performing, training, and developing processes for duties such as creating/updating/resolving unclear problems and issues, notifying points of contacts, and executing network operations. The role also involves working directly with customers and leaders internal and external to the organization, as well as monitoring network alarms and providing situational awareness support.

Requirements

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift work environment
• General understanding of both voice infrastructure and IP network topologies
