Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) Support Technician III

The Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) Support Technician III role requires a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret clearance to work in a 24x7 shift work environment, supporting the DISA-provided GIG capabilities and services in the DGOC. The position involves performing duties such as creating/updating/resolving unclear problems, executing network operations, and monitoring network alarms. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of the network architect, Service Now platform, and experience with MS Office suite, as well as alarm surveillance, call routing, and packet capture analysis.
