Field Service Technician I

The Field Service Technician I will perform customer support activities, including installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems, and will work on-site and travel to various customer sites domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Related Trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical)/Military Training (electrical, mechanical, electronics)
• Computer literacy and competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite
• Minimum of 2 years' experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
• Excellent communications skills and strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork
• Ability to travel at short notice and pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP)
